Installation Onboarding Consultant III

** This position can be based in any KP region; however the GA region is preferred

The Customer Implementation Consultant III plays a critical role in ensuring the successful end-to-end implementation and renewal of employer group accounts. This position requires someone who can effectively lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Some of the key competencies and responsibilities include:

+ Leading the end-to-end installation and renewal of new and existing customer accounts while ensuring customer commitments and implementation milestones are achieved.

+ Developing and communicating detailed implementation plans, timelines, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

+ Partnering across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, and other functional teams to drive successful implementation outcomes.
