Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: The Install Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling, logistics, material readiness, and administrative flow of the Install Department. This role ensures install crews are fully prepared, properly equipped, and efficiently scheduled to maximize productivity, reduce callbacks, and deliver exceptional customer experience. The Install Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the department, enabling the Install Manager and install crews to focus on field execution and quality

Specific Duties & Tasks:

  • Scheduling & Job CoordinationSchedule all HVAC installation jobs based on crew availability, skill level, and job job details, time windows, and expectations to with Sales to ensure job information is complete and accurate before the install calendar and proactively adjust schedules when delays or changes daily install capacity is maximized with minimal gaps or idle time.
