Under the supervision of the Quality, Safety, and Training (QSF) Supervisor , the Trainer-Inspector is responsible for teaching trucking fundamentals as well as specialized concepts related to vehicle transport to all drivers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trips are optimized (no empty spaces).

• Assist and train drivers on loading and unloading routines.

• Ensure drivers comply with Law 430.

• Perform road tests with trucks for the garage and assist with vehicle movements.

• Ensure all drivers complete their RDS and logbook on their mobile device.

• Inspect trips at CN and other locations, for loaded and empty trucks.
