Inspector

Alfred H Knight has an opportunity for an Inspector to join our team based in Rouyn‑Noranda, Québec. As an Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring client instructions are carried out at the consignment location. You will act as an independent party to verify compliance with agreed processes and provide details to clients regarding the handling of their products. Some assignments may include active sampling and shipping of products for laboratory testing.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY BE DOING?

• Sending and receiving email and phone communications to/from the Client Services team for coordination and scheduling of assignments.
• Carrying out any assignments in accordance with the clients’ instructions and industry standards.
• Communicating status updates to the Client Services team.
• Providing written reports that summarize all operations carried out using provided templates.
• Dispatching samples as instructed by the client...
