Inspector of Works

We are a developer managing ongoing terrace housing and light industrial projects in Klang. We are looking for a dependable, firm Inspector of Works to oversee the method of works, workmanship and site quality for projects located in Klang industrial area (Pulau Indah / Teluk Gong).

This role suits someone who values stable projects, clear site authority, and practical site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Enforce workmanship standards and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant parties on site issues.
• Identify problems early and report clearly with photos / updates.
• Attend site meetings when required and follow up on action items.
• Maintain basic site records and progress/quality reporting.
