Inspector Mechanical

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical works including HVAC plumbing fire protection and piping systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor installation processes and materials to verify adherence to approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Review and verify material submittals test reports and quality assurance documents.
• Conduct witness testing and commissioning activities to verify system performance and functionality.
• Maintain accurate inspection records prepare daily reports and document nonconformance issues.
• Coordinate with project engineers contractors and other stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure smooth project .
