Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications and make recommendations for improving the inspection process.
Job Requirements
Supporting the continuous improvement programs and assisting the department supervisors in ensuring maintenance of all the inspection and support equipment.
Assisting in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards; disseminating quality information to keep staff informed of regulation practices and changes.
Coordinating the resolution of quality problems and complaints; generating regular reports on quality issues.
Tracking quality assurance metrics to identify areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed and providing recommendations to the management.
