1. Molding 제품에 대한 순회 외관 및 기능 검사 업무 (치수 측정 & 상대물 체결성)
2. 부적합품 격리 및 Containment action, 출하금지 요청
3. 품질 이슈 사항 재발 방지
4. NCR 조기 발견 및 개선 계획으로 전환
Work Description
- 외관 검사
- 기능 검사 (상대물 및 TML 체결)
- 치수검사
- 공정 재고 소급
- 창고 재고 소급
- SAP 전산 재고 파악 검색
- 출하금지 요청
- 변경점에 대한 제품 상태 확인
- 변경점에 대한 제품 구분 격리
- Set-up 제품 건조 후 원재료에 대한 수분 검사
- QIP 기록 관리
- 불량 Report 작성
