WSP is currently initiating a search for an Inspector I for our Columbia, MD office. The client location will be in Lyttonsville, MD. Be involved in projects with our CM Team and be part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solve their challenges.

**Your Impact**

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Provide daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes, and maintain up-to-date project records and test reports.
+ Review construction quantities and verify for the installed quantity.
+ Perform Quality Assurance on the installed materials.
+ Act as the Owner’s agent with regards to the construction process.
+ Review progression of work to monitor and generally reconcile against construction schedule.
+ Read/Understand contractor submittals, request for information (RFI), change order requests, and as-built drawings and comments.
