**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School Education or GED equivalency.
+ 1 year experience in a Manufacturing environment
+ Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools (dremel/cut off tooling) and measuring devices (i.e. - dial calipers, rulers, tape measures, protractors, micrometers, gauges, etc.) as required within department.
+ Ability and willingness to perform electrical test methods (ohm meter, gauss meter, surge test, hi pot, etc)
+ Basic understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation, including functional knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
+ Ability and willingness to pass visual acuity exam upon offer.
+ Ability and willingness to obtain Braze, Weld and Solder inspection certification as required.
