Overview:
Lead and oversee Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) inspection operations for a large, federally funded program. Ensure full compliance with HUD standards (HQS and NSPIRE), manage third-party inspection contractors, and drive inspection quality, timeliness, and customer service through strong performance reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:


+ Oversee all inspection activities, including annual, initial, special, and quality control inspections

+ Ensure each assisted unit is inspected at least annually in compliance with HUD requirements

+ Implement and maintain inspection protocols aligned with HQS and NSPIRE standards

+ Monitor inspection scheduling, completion rates, and reinspection timelines
