Job Summary
An inspection coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across various projects.
Job Description
■Liaise with inspection service providers worldwide for international inspections.
■Assist sales force with suitable inspector CV.
■Coordinate between service providers and customers regarding inspection schedule, assign inspector, report/document requirements, etc.
■Arrange local inspections and assist for gate pass or site requirements.
■Update inspection log.
■Prepare and issue Service Agreement / Work Order to Service Providers.
■Support Team lead/Project Manager in document handling between service providers/inspectors and customer.
■Prepare invoice for completed inspections.
■Should be Results oriented, Service driven and Problem solving.
