Insolvency Associate

Responsibilities:



 Conduct insolvency and corporate recovery assignments

 Prepare, review and verify legal and conveyancing documents.

 Assist in conveyancing transactions including perfection of transfer and charge for properties with and without individual or strata titles.

 Verify legal and transactional documents

 Handle perfection of transfer and charge for properties with and without titles

 Assist in meetings with government agencies

 Liaise with purchasers and solicitors

 Coordinate and liaise with creditors, debtors, legal advisors, and liquidators

 Organize and attend creditors’ meetings

 Prepare and deliver presentations to creditors and purchasers

 Manage and handle company and project assets

 Contribute to project rehabilitation exercises

 Support corporate restructuring initiatives
