Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour

Job Summary:

+ Serves as primary point of contact for small volume customers and writes quotes for requested projects.
+ Works independently to follow-up with clients about quotes issued and maintain status in DCRM.
+ Works closely with Project Manager to ensure quotes accurately reflect client needs and are priced to be profitable and competitive.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Monitors DCRM for inbound leads, responds to inbound leads within 4 business hours
+ Writes quotes for project requests from clients
+ Routinely follows-up with clients about quotes issued and keeps DCRM up-to-date for owned activities
