**Position Summary:**
Our Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of inside sales professionals who sell clinical laboratory products and services into acute and non-acute markets primarily by using the telephone; but also using email, Internet, and other technology within a defined territory. This role will be responsible for creating a culture to support the mentoring of new team members by existing team members. This role will also drive commercial accountability with the team across all metrics and marketing initiatives.
