We're scaling our sales team at Distil and looking for a sharp Inside Sales Specialist to own top-of-funnel — from first outreach to booked meeting. You'll work directly with founders and have real visibility into how a B2B specialty chemicals startup grows.

What you'll do :

Prospect and reach out via email, LinkedIn, phone, any other better way :)
Qualify leads and convert them into sales funnel
Keep follow-ups tight

What we're looking for :

Self enthusiastic, want to grow fast in sales career
Comfortable with cold outreach
Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
Organised and self-driven
Prior SDR / BDR / inside sales experience preferred
Language - English, Hindi
