Inside Sales Representative

Duties/Responsibilities: Complete accurate and timely quotes and competitor products cross-references for assigned territories.
Convert competitive hardware sets and take offs to Hager products and solutions.
Capture and document all required follow-up information.
Maintain ownership of quote revisions and proactive follow-up.
Generate a consistent volume of qualified leads within assigned territories.
Research and identify project opportunities independently and collaboratively.
Conduct outreach to grow specification writing opportunities, relationship development, and AIA meetings.
Funnel identified opportunities directly to outside sales representatives.
Act as an extension of the outside sales team.
Participate in quarterly agency stakeholder reviews.
Build trust through responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
Help reduce administrative burden on outside sales.
Help resolve issues and ensure alignment with specifications and codes.
