About The Role

This role is a remote role and requires fluent written and verbal English and Spanish . This role supports one of our clients: a U.S.-based distributor of professional salon products. You'll be the voice of their brand, handling inbound and outbound calls related to sales, promotions, and support calls from salon professionals and beauty retailers who order haircare products, styling tools, and salon-grade color lines.
