**Overview:**
This role supports our commercial sales team by handling day-to-day customer needs, responding to incoming leads, and helping grow business within existing accounts. It’s a mix of customer service, sales, and coordination with operations, and it plays an important role in keeping both our customers and our internal teams running smoothly.

**What the role looks like day to day:**

+ Respond to inbound leads and turn them into new customers
+ Generate sales through follow-up, referrals, and existing account interactions
+ Stay on top of assigned accounts to help retain business and keep things running smoothly
+ Work closely with operations to make sure accounts are set up correctly and can be serviced safely
+ Help resolve service issues, billing questions, and general account needs
+ Get ahead of potential problems before they turn into service disruptions
