Position Summary
Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through sourcing new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The role requires building a high‑performance portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Manage and develop existing portfolio
- Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com
- Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate
- Stay informed about competing products and services
