Inside Sales Representative

Kelly® is looking for a **Inside Sales Representative** to work at a leading organization in **Carlsbad, CA** .

**Pay Rate: $30.00/hour**

**Hours: M - F 8am - 5pm**

**What’s a typical day as Sales Assistant I? You’ll be:**


+ Using generated leads to connect with customers and sell products nearing end of shelf life.
+ Selling discounted materials before expiration.
+ Negotiating within set guidelines to successfully close sales.
+ Engaging in active, direct sales outreach
+ Maintaining a creative and resilient approach while interacting with customer accounts.

**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**


+ **Have 1-2 years of sales experience in with phone and/or door-to-door outreach (required).**
+ **Are experienced in using leads for sales outreach (required)**
