Our client a leading distributor of specialty products has partnered with St-Amour to uncover a Inside Sales Representative to work out of their West - GTA Branch. Reporting into a Sales Manager, responsible for handling customer orders, distributing quotes, supporting outside sales and working to


maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to ensure their needs are met and to secure repeat business.


Responsibilities


  • Respond to all communications regarding orders from new and existing customers.

  • Ensure customer needs are understood and clear.

  • Provide any technical and product information.

  • Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner for customer approval.

  • Follow-up with customers on their inquiries and update C.I.D. notes.
