Job Description
Position Type: Fixed-Term Contract
The Inside Sales Representative will be based in Sydney, Australia and will report directly to Vice President & Managing Director, ANZ Sales. This is a contract position with a five-day work week.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
The key role is to book meetings based on cold calling not to sell products.
The ISR will be paid a bonus for every meeting they book plus additional bonuses for every meeting that converts to an opportunity
Definition of a lead is clearly defined, (they will not be paid for 1’s and 2’s)
All leads go directly to the Sales BDM
All calls are logged in CRM and report is generated from CRM
Role is office-based Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
