• Conduct market research and client mapping, including creation of own prospect databases across target industries
• Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Maintain updated market intelligence on competitors, hiring trends, and client needs

• Execute cold calling and outbound outreach using both self-generated data and shared databases
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business potential
