Inside Sales Manager

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inside Sales Manager in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a direct-hire position and has the opportunity to be a Hybrid role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct and train customer service representatives, estimators, and application engineers
• Work with project managers to ensure projects are on time and on track
• Develop procedures for customer service and estimating
• Oversee internal quotations for all products
• Manage development of pricing, ordering software, and product selection
• Manage overall levels of customer service

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or inside sales experience experience in a manufacturing environment
