Job Description
As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the sales team leads and sales representatives that will be working with the Citrix Global Renewals Sales team. The team leads the renewal sales motion of maintenance support contracts and identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base & will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients.
Will also be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth for the organization.
