Inside Sales Executive

**Overview**

The Inside Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting customers by handling orders, quotes, inventory, and delivery schedules while maintaining high service levels. This role ensures seamless communication between teams, including purchasing, operations, and account management. The position combines customer service, order management, and internal operations coordination.

**Responsibilities**

+ Accurately process customer and vendor transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.
+ Reconcile customer-specific invoicing issues and discrepancies.
+ Import and manage customer demand forecasts in the P21 system; implement auto-purchase levels and monitor customer-specific stock levels.
+ Communicate unexpected changes in product demand to the Purchasing Department.
