Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting assessment solutions and HR services to potential clients. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales through virtual channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
Engage with HR professionals and decision-makers to understand hiring and assessment needs
Present and explain Thomas Assessments products and solutions
Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
