Inside Sales Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers

+ Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions .

+ Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions.

+ Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution.

+ Receive and process change order requests via the change order process.

+ Follow up of the provided quotations.

+ Maintain the record of working processes.

+ Looking for continues improvement opportunities.

+ Practices and promotes “Customer Thinking” culture in all aspects
