Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Respond to customer sales enquiries received via phone, email, or digital channels, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented communication. Partner closely with Field Sales team to prioritize activities, support proactive selling initiatives, and contribute to key account planning and customer strategies. Identify the most effective replacement part solutions by understanding customer needs and accurately determining correct part numbers. Actively follow up on quotations, support opportunity conversion, and contribute to sales growth. Ensure that purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures. Who You Are:
