Inside Sales Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

主要目标Follow the Principle Based Management (PBM ) guidelines, provide strong and effective support to external Customers and internal Account teams in line with assigned Accounts/Territory, maximize the use and transformation of external information and internal resources, and contribute to the continuous growth of revenue.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责:

1.Process the PO prices in SAP and PROS system

在SAP 和PROS 系统中处理订单价格

2.Download and analyze internal reports for global usage 下载并分析报表，供全球使用

3.Handle Agile Tasks

处理Agile 系统的任务

4.Troubleshoot order related issues

解决订单相关问题

5.Back up for Inside sales representatives during absence/vacation

在内部销售/客服代表缺勤/休假时提供支持

6.Prepare Sales reports as needed
