RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct proactive research toidentifyand engage potential customers to generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotel owners and operators
Learn and communicate the value of our solutions tailored for clients
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations (virtually), negotiating, closing, and renewals
Manage,retain, and develop client relationships growing data, productuseand subscription value, via regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage product usage
Accurately track all activities and client information in the CRM system
Product demos to on-board and educate existing and new clients of STR’s products
Meet or exceed sales and activity targets
The role is based in theAdelaide,Sydneyor Melbourneoffice, with no travelrequired
