Inside Sales Account Executive

JOB PURPOSE:
To promote the company's products via tele-sales, meeting customer needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Promote and upsell the company's products to customers.
Retain customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Maximize sales opportunities during each interaction to meet sales targets.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Negotiate and close business deals with customers.
Collaborate with Marketing and customers to finalize deals.
Manage order entries and acknowledgments.
Prepare semi-annual account review reports.
Conduct business reviews with customers twice a year.
Proactively seek guidance from the Group Manager/Director to enhance skills and business knowledge.
Report business challenges to the Group Manager/Director and work on resolving obstacles.
Effectively manage customer backorders.
