About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Inpatient Medical Coder to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurate coding of inpatient medical records while ensuring compliance with coding standards and regulatory requirements in both clinical and BPO/CPO environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inpatient medical coding with accuracy and efficiency
Review medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer rules, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with clinical teams and stakeholders for clarifications as needed
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
