Job Description
Job Title: Inpatient / Med-Surg Registered Nurse
Specialty: Medical/Surgical - Inpatient Nursing
Place of Work (City/State): Polacca, Arizona
Site: Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) - rural Critical Access Hospital, Hopi Reservation
Location: Highway 264, Mile Marker 388, Polacca, AZ 86042
Duration: 1 year contract
Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts - Days: 7:30 AM-8:00 PM; Nights: 7:30 PM-8:00 AM. 24/7 operation; days, nights, weekends, holidays, urgent coverage, block scheduling. 30-minute unpaid meal break when relieved.
Shifts Needed per Month: ~120 RN shifts/month total (4/day x 30)
Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 to 8 weeks
License: Any state license works - current, active, full, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state, DC, PR, or territory)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (current)
