**POSITION SUMMARY:**


The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, responsible for optimizing medication therapy and ensuring safe, effective, and patient‑centered pharmaceutical care. This role combines direct clinical service, operational pharmacy support, education, and continuous quality improvement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**


+ **Provide Direct Patient Care:** Develop, recommend, and monitor individualized pharmacotherapeutic regimens using expertise in pharmacology, pathophysiology, and pharmacokinetics. Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication outcomes.
