Inpatient Catering Assistant

The Catering Department at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is looking to recruit 2 highly motivated and enthusiastic team members to join our fast paced and friendly team primarily based at Pinderfields Hospital but MUST be available to work across all sites including Dewsbury and Pontefract Hospitals when required.

You will provide a safe, hygienic, nutritious and timely food service for patients.

Your duties will be varied and no day will ever be the same. You will play an integral role within the team in ensuring that the food prepared and delivered is of the highest quality and the department is cleaned to the highest standard.

There are 2 full‑time positions as follows:

37.5 hours per week – 5 on a 7‑week rota, earliest starting at 07:30 to 15:30 and latest 11:30 to 19:30.
