Key Responsibilities: Innovation Events & Programme Support Contribute to the planning and execution of the
Innovation Launch Events , for company-wide innovation showcase. Support event logistics, registration tracking, materials preparation, and on-site coordination. Work closely with stakeholders to shape event content, visuals, and engagement experiences. Design Thinking Workshop Support Assist in preparing workshop materials, canvases, and digital collaboration boards. Support facilitators during workshops by coordinating activities, managing breakout groups, and capturing key insights. Help consolidate findings and contribute to post-workshop summaries and reports. Gain hands-on exposure to design thinking tools, methods, and real organisational challenges.
