Kekkilä-BVB is seeking an Innovation Program Manager to accelerate their Innovation strategy by developing new organic products for propagation and young plants. The role involves managing the entire product journey from ideation to successful market launch, collaborating with teams across R&D, Commercial, and Operations.
The ideal candidate will lead projects, manage customer trials, and ensure alignment across functions to achieve targeted business objectives. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages such as Dutch or German is advantageous.
