We are looking for an Innovation Integration Lead to join our Research and Innovation team!

This role is responsible for driving the commercialisation and integration of innovation across Anglian Water, ensuring that successful trials are scaled into operational solutions that support our purpose, through enabling changes that deliver efficiency, resilience, and customer value. It also focuses on embedding learnings from innovation projects into future delivery strategies and strengthening internal capabilities for adoption and scaling, supporting our wider Enterprise innovation capability.

This exciting role also represents innovation in strategic forums and supports programme leads in embedding outcomes into delivery plans, supporting the Innovation Integration Manager....
