Lead window cleaning projects as a Crew Chief with a fast-growing company in Innisfil during summer 2026. This full-time position rewards dedication through competitive pay and bonus incentives.
We are seeking individuals who are hardworking and possess a leader mentality, ready to gain business insights directly from the owner. Training for professional window cleaning will be provided, making previous experience unnecessary. Candidates must be available for 40-50 hours a week from May to August.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall project completion with a high-quality standard
• Supervise cleanliness and organization at job sites
• Communicate project details effectively with homeowners
• Oversee daily tasks to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required along with vehicle access
• High school diploma is preferred
• Some hands-on work experience is a plus
• Strong communication abilities and a willingness to learn
