This role is responsible for overseeing driver and fleet performance, route planning, operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience across a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service level agreements, managing escalations, and driving continuous improvement within our growing last-mile delivery network.
