Position Summary

Deliver consistent on‐the‐job training that accelerates technician proficiency, reinforces safety and quality standards, and supports stable injection molding processes. Serve as a technical mentor, maintain accurate training records, and promote continuous improvement through effective coaching and cross‑functional collaboration.

Reporting Relationships

• Reports to: IM Process Coordinator
• Works with: IM Department Head, IM Production OJT Team Leader, IM process technicians, IM operators, quality technicians, manufacturing & industrial engineering and various support personnel (logistics, maintenance & HR)

Responsibilities & Duties
