Your Contribution:

As an Injection Molding Line Coordinator, you will manage a multidisciplinary team to optimize the injection molding sequence, considering model changes and preventive maintenance activities, while ensuring product quality as the top priority. Monitor and ensure adherence to the production plan and output targets.

Track and manage KPIs, ensuring team members clearly understand and achieve SQDCM objectives set by management.

Validate and adjust injection molding parameters to maintain process stability and product quality.

Coordinate closely with maintenance and tooling teams to ensure equipment and molds are in optimal condition.

Handle production incidents and escalations using the Andon system, ensuring timely resolution.
