Injection Molding Equipment Maintenance

PT. Jaya Refrigeration Equipment is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Equipment Maintenance to support the reliability and performance of our injection molding production equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and improvement projects to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of injection molding machines and related production equipment.
• Familiar with the electrical and hydraulic systems of mainstream injection molding machines such as Haitian, Chen Hsong/Chenlong, or equivalent brands.
• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot PLC, sensor, contactor, and control circuit issues.
• Knowledge of auxiliary equipment including chillers, mold temperature controllers, dryers, grinders, and robotic automation systems....
