**Job Description**

The Mold Technician repairs, maintains, and improves complex multi-cavity molds with various hot runner systems to support high-quality plastics injection molding operations. This role inspects molds, performs preventative maintenance, and uses machine tools to fabricate and repair mold components, fixtures, and gauges in a manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Repair and maintain complex multi-cavity molds equipped with various types of hot runner systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
+ Analyze mold condition for preventative maintenance using check sheets, quality assurance reports, pull shots, and detailed visual inspection.
+ Operate machine tools to fabricate, modify, and repair mold components, fixtures, and gauges according to specifications and standards.
