We are looking for 2 Initiative Leads to support our exciting, transformative DigiGEN project, with responsibility for one of the following initiatives each:

End‑to‑end resource planning: This initiative reimagines the way we do work across our renewable energy generation assets. You’ll have strong experience leading change which transformed how people, technology and assets work in an integrated and dynamic manner.

Long‑term asset management prioritisation and planning: This initiative reimagines Generation’s core long‑term asset investment planning, using data to plan and prioritise our big decisions for NZ’s biggest renewable generation fleet. You’ll have strong experience leading change which focused on long‑term portfolio value.
