Job Description

The Company
Our client is a well-established US Insurance Firm that provides commercial and casualty insurance to a diverse group of clients. Our client has provided their services across 54 countries and territories and employs more than 30,000 people worldwide. 

The Team 
You will be working with the Talent Acquisition Team in conducting first round interviews and screening candidates. You will be actively involved in project hiring and handle the full cycle of the recruitment process. 

The Role 
Responsible in managing the full recruitment process and taking responsibility for the end to end candidate experience 
Coordinating and working closely with the stakeholders to identify hiring requirements 
Maintain and ensure the database is updated 
Identify the appropriate sourcing tools and advertising approach to ensure a smooth recruitment operations 
Participate in ad-hoc projects
