Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, resources, and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance within the Matehuala facility.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing and new manufacturing processes and work methods.
• Define appropriate tools, machinery, and equipment for efficient production.
• Identify critical process and product points and implement controls to prevent defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate process reliability and quality performance.
• Design, implement, and improve quality control systems.
