Last Semester of Engineering, Textiles, Industrial Design, etc. (or other suitable technical degree preferred).

None to 1year job related experience (Preferable)

Technical Skills.

Willing to develop ability on:

• Seat Patterning - Able to complete seat patterns
• Understanding and applying one or more basic problem-solving techniques (eg. BEP, Kepner-Tregoe, Six-Sigma, etc.) to help solve a real-world issue.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process and requirements of a Trimcover
• Understand and basic operating of seat equipment used in trim cover manufacturing (NC Cutter, Sewing Machines etc.)
• Trim Cover Sewing
• Safety Requirements within a trim cover
• Standard components used within a trim cover.
• Knowledge of Material specifications and guidelines(Cloth, Leather, Vynil,etc)
• Understanding of 2D component and product drawings.
• Change management and BOM control
